If your tomatoes are not ripened completely yet, don't worry, they will. You can speed up the ripening process by leaving them on your countertop or in a bag for a day or two at room temperature.
*Storage tip: these will last a several days and taste best kept at room temperature. Refrigerate only if you plan on keeping longer.
