Most of our sweet bell peppers are a delicious Italian frying pepper, or “bull’s horn” sweet pepper in addition to some of the more classic blocky bell peppers. Both of these pepper types reach maturity while green and ripen to a vebrant red, orange or yellow. Versatile and tasty any way you eat them — raw, cooked, sliced, diced, sautéed, stuffed, and especially fire-roasted, which caramelizes the sugars and elevates them to a whole new level of deliciousness!
